The following is the user agreement as presented by Auction Air Charter . you must agree to these terms before you will be able to list charters, or bid on them. if you do not accept these terms, please, do not use our services.
Article 1. Eligibility of membership - This auction site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with you and the auction poster/air operator of a charter auction. People who are of under age of 18 are not eligible for membership due to security precautions that can result as of those members. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services. Article 2. Auction Air Charter provide an auction service and also act as a broker once the auction is complete to liaise with the air operator for you. - We only provide services to people interested in chartering aircraft via internet auction. We do not have control over the charters that are posted in the auction site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and of a said charter requirement. We are not responsible for the actions the poster takes, before, during, and after the auction, typographical errors, mis-prints, loss of money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this auction site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is' Article 3. Bidding and Selling - As a user, you may bid and/or post air charter requirements over Auction Air Charter. As a bidder, you know that the bid cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the poster/lister of typographical error, or other error, due to human error on the poster's part. Once you place a bid, and if you win, the poster has the choice of flying with no obligation, with another operator despite whether you have bid the lowest amount. Article 4. Payment - Auction fees can be paid for through PayPal, or can be added on to the charter price. All charters must be paid for by either bacs transfer or cheque. Payment must be cleared in full the day prior to the chartered aircraft departing for your charter. Article 5. Commission - 5.0% Commission will be charged to the air operator once the auction has been won, so please ensure you have included commission in your bid / quote! Article 6. Privacy - We gather your information so that other people will have it on hand when they win your auction, or you win their auction. Personal information is not sold, rented, without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a charter won or sold on the auction is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication with the charter auction. Article 7. Warranty - Auction Air Charter provide this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition.
