HOW TO BID
| REGISTER: This auction requires that anyone using the auction be registered. This enables our software to keep track of charters and who bids on what. It protects both ourselves as the auction providers and you as charterer / air operator. Registration is simple and painless. Merely click on [New Registration] here or near the top or bottom of any auction page. |
| BIDDING: We hope you'll want to bid on some of the great charters found on these pages. To get a category list, click on [Category List] here or near the top or bottom of any auction page. Click on one of the categories you find interesting. This shows you a list of specific auctions. Click on the name of the charter you'd like more information about. If you wish to place a bid, enter your bid in the box below the charter, then just click on the place bid button nearby. We suggest that a good strategy for charter(s) to place the lowest bid you are willing to do this charter or service for. Otherwise, someone may beat you out. Should someone underbid you, the system sends you an e-mail notification with a link back here to the charter. Click on the link right in your e-mail message and you will be returned directly to the charter. You can then decide whether you want to lower your bid. |
| LOWERING BIDS: To lower your bid, go down to the place bid input box below the charter's description and enter your new, lower bid. |
| AUTOMATIC E-MAIL: The system automatically sends the air operator (lowest bidder) and auction poster of the charter an e-mail when the auction ends. Auction Air Charter are then responsible for making the arrangements to conclude the deal by payment and to ensure the charter is organised hitch free. We will not, and legally cannot, be held responsible in any way for any lack of performance by any and all parties. HOWEVER, do let us know of any problems. We can and will close the account of anyone who abuses our auction. |
