A) Fill out our simple registration form by clicking the 'registration' link to the left. After you have registered, you will be sent an e-mail confirming your registration with a password that you will need to enter and use the auction area of this site.

3) How much is the expense?
A) To post an auction there are no charges to a user. AuctionAirCharter.com charge a small commission rate on top of the air operator bids. The price you see is the price you pay.
While AuctionAirCharter.com is free of charge to users, when a user cancels a booking after accepting a bid of their choice, the user shall pay Auction Air Charter a cancellation fee which equals to 50% of the commission fee imposed on the charter and is subject to cancellation fees from the air operator.

4) What are the benefits of becoming a member?
A) Creating a new auction only once, you can receive a lot of competitive rates from all air operators all over the world. For the user, this saves time from contacting the air operators direct for a quote and also by saving money.

5) For freight charters, can it be applied to all kinds of cargos?
A) It can be applied to most of cargos for air transportation. This includes bulk and containerised loads. As much detailed information for cargo charters must be specified (i.e. exact dimensions and weights, dangerous goods, etc.). Failure to do so may result in the incorrect aircraft type / air operator winning the bid. The user will be responsible for all costs incurred.

9) What happens if I don't accept a bid?

Also you can find out the relevant auction requests by selecting criteria you want. With the information of auction requests, you can participate in bids.
