Users
simply submit their charter request online specifying
where they want to fly from / to, what dates and times
(if known), how many people will be travelling, any
special requests (i.e. catering), and what type of aircraft
they want to fly on (i.e Jet / Prop).
You
can specify how long you want the auction to be listed
for, the longer the request is listed, the higher the
chance more companies will bid for the charter. |

Once
you have submitted your request, suitable air operators will
be contacted inviting them to bid for the charter
It
is then a case of sit back and watch as the air operators
compete amongst themselves in the form of a reverse auction,
bidding their lowest amount for your charter!

You
will have to complete a simple registration form to
register a request as we will need your contact details
once the auction has finished.
If
you choose to accept the charter at the given price
you will be given a detailed itinerary of the flight
and can contact us 24 hours a day / 7 days a week if
you have any questions.
Confirming
a charter once the auction has finished must be done
so within 24 hours as aircraft availability is always
subject to change.

Brokers
can submit their requests for passenger or freight charters
online.
Cargo
requests are more detailed than passenger requests and must
include weights / dimensions / special information i.e. dangerous
goods
Brokers
also have the opportunity to end the auction early with the
current bid should they wish.

Suitable
air operators will be contacted by email immediately when
a request for a charter is submitted. If another air operator
has bid a lower amount, you will be emailed when it happens
to inform you of this. You can then submit a lower bid if
desired.
When
the auction has finished and you have submitted the lowest
bid, we will contact you as soon as the charter is confirmed.
If
you have another enquiry for an aircraft on the requested
dates before the charter is confirmed, please contact
us as soon as possible so we can inform the customer
and expedite the confirmation.
Air
operators can also submit a request from other air operators
for leasing / ACMI / AOG flights
